Cancellation and no show policy

At Firenze, to ensure a smooth experience for our team & clients, we have outlined our cancellation and booking policy below.

These guidelines help us maintain a high standard of service and ensure fairness to all clients.

48hr notice policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hrs notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Unfortunately if less than 48 hours a cancellation fee will apply.

Non-Refundable Booking Deposit

To secure all appointments, we require a non-refundable deposit. This fee is non refundable however it may be transferred or redeemable against another service or product if changes are made with more than 48 hours notice.

Cancellation Fees

Last minute cancellations ie less than 48 hours notice or same day cancellation the following fee of 50% of the service will be charged. Unfortunately, if you do not show up for your appointment with out notice, we will need to charge 100% of the booked service price.

No Refund Policy

While we strive to ensure that every client leaves feeling satisfied, we do not issue refunds for services provided.

If you have any concerns, please reach out within 2 days of your appointment.

We will invite you back to the salon for a visual inspection and any necessary adjustments will be made at no additional cost within two weeks of your initial service.
